I majored in Sociology and Psychology; it took me only 3 years to complete it, yet that was because I had some AP and college courses done during high school. I have an AA in Liberal Arts and some thing called University Studies by accident. The best thing I can tell you to do is double major in History and Psychology (I wish I did that).
Sociology is an interesting field when looking from afar, but it really is backwards in time about 100 years. We have advanced enough in science to know that not everything is a product of our environment. And international sociologists (like marx, durkheim, and weber that are the most important) are theoretical, thus useless in reality. I only happened to double major in it because I had all the lower division work done by accident and I worked out a sweet deal with the counselors where they overlaped 2 psychology classes and knocked out 2 extra classes with an internship. Had I not done this I would have only been eligible for a minor in History if I wanted to graduate in 3 years.
Philosophy is an interesting field, but it is useless on an essential ground. Philosophy doesn't regard for the unconscious mind like psychology does, so many of their answers are flawed according to psychological research. Also, they deal much with the topic of ethics which you'll have to deal with in psychology and history enough to be able to graduate. And if you are planning to do bioethics, you got all bases coverred.
My experience is that when people enter college they think they'll triple major and get like 20 minors if they can. This usually never happens, and most people graduate with a major and no minor. Best thing to do is realize what field has most of the things you want to learn about, in this case psychology does, and history, even as a minor, could put enough of what you want in the mix.
Another thing that is often forgotten is the unit cap. In my university I needed to do 44 units for Sociology upper division and 40 Units for Psychology. Every minor was about 20 to 24 units. The History and Philosophy ones were a total of 44 units all together which adds about a year of schooling more without even accounting for lower division. The cap of units is 225 and already 90 of those units must be lower division, so you'll for sure add yourself 1 more year for a double minor and a third minor will be impossible. In conclusion, double major and double minor will take 5 years to do.
Finally, I think your best bet if you really want to do all that is to do the double major and then go for a masters program in one of the other fields. By doing this, you will do the majors in 4 years and then the masters in 2 years, so by adding yourself 1 year you'll have a much better curriculm vitae, and if you want to persue a doctorate, it'll be better this way. Also consider law as an option. I am a law student and have found it is like getting a real world philosophy degree because you use logic structures and a lot of ethics when it comes to punishments and what not.

Sociology and philosophy are similar majors so you could probably finish them in 4 years if the school you go to allows the same core requirements for both majors. As for your minors, doing all three would probably take another year. Bioethics is usually a master's level degree so it might be hard for you to find a school that offers it as an undergraduate minor (however it is a great field so I do encourage it). I would suggest looking up schools you are interested in and seeing how many credits they need and what you can combine to save time.

I have a question for you?
WHY?
I was a University professor for 30 years (biochemistry), and I mentored hundreds of students over the year. There were a lot of students who had grandiose ideas (multiple majors, minors, etc)
Here are some facts for you to consider
1. You say you want to major in Sociology. Why?
2. You say you want to major in Philosophy. Why?
The fact that you say now that you want to major inthese subjects tells me that you have doene some research about your future and that these are the subjects you need.
But....you say the following
1. I want to minor in psychology
2. I want to minor in history
3. I want to possibly minor in bioethics.
The diversity in these subjects, when combined with your major areas, is remarkable..........and I see no practical reason why anybody would want to do this.
My advice................find out what you want to do in your life, and do a reasonable major and minor to pursue it. Once you are in the workforce, then you can take courses that are for knowledge only.
1. Major in Sociology and Psychology. Both are social sciences and would have courses that overlap at most universities. Bioethics is an area that falls under philosophy, sociology, and biology (I used to teach a bioethics course in the 80s). So, do your double major at a school which has bioethicists. At most Universities, you are required to do a research project as part of your degree studies, so by picking a school that offers this double major, and has bioethicists, you can do your research project in bioethics.
2. Unless you want to be a history professor, study history on your own time. Why pay to take a course and write a history essay to learn something if you can just read the book, articles on your own time....for free.

Those with single majors usually finish between 4 and 5 years (depending on how dedicated they are to their studies). A double major will make it at least 5 years for most people. And if you add three minors, that's even more yet. My advice to you is to pick one major and one minor, get your degree, then get a good job in your field of study, and go back to school part time if you still want the other degrees.
