I wouldn't. I like being naked and the idea of being lost would upset me more than being naked. I'd be more concerned with finding my way out of the woods than about being naked, which is really no big deal for a young person in this day and age.

I'd be too shocked trying to figure out why I'm naked in the woods in the first place, to try to cover myself up. So someone will probably find me before I have the time to do anything about it.

covering myself wouldn't be a problem. My first question to myself would be how did I get into the woods naked and why would I do this.

If I was lost in the woods naked, I'd be FOUND because I am hot! So, I'd be wearing the forest rangers coat.

Other than for environmental protection of my body, why would I care if I was naked? I'm assuming from your question that I'm the only one in my party and therefore, wouldn't be all that concerned about my nudity...at least until "help" arrived. LOL
Or perhaps I could kill a bear with my bare hands, roast it for dinner, and clothe myself in its hide?

Gather a huge pile of leaves and cover yourself in them to keep warm.

with the biggest leaves I could find that aren't poisonous. On second thought, if I were ALONE in the woods, and if it was warm enough, I wouldn't care.

I'd use leaves, if I can't find any, I'd skin a deer, or at least try to being that I don't have any hunting experience.
