Finding a weg page I visited three days ago!?

Guys, I badly need your help! I was visiting a page on the internet on wednesday, and deleted it without saving! I really need to pull this page back up! Someone mentioned Susiesoftware. I need to know how said program work? Additionally, the page I am trying to retrieve was on a myspace.com site, which I canx'd after visiting!

If you are on the same computer, go through the history.

Check your Internet History...it still should be there
