Yes of course. The FBI, Interpol and of course Microsoft are continually watching everything that you do on the net. There are teams of agents working in highly sophisiticated bunkers watching thousands of screen shots at a time, dutifully perusing every piece of trite that you google or display.

Yes, at the simplest level it's accessing the "history" button/file on your PC. But if, say, the CIA or other bidgeal agency wanted to they can scan your hard drive and see virtually EVERYTHING that has occurred on your PC! Big Brother at his finest!
