my younger sister wants to no if her halloween costume is a good idea for this year. shes 12 and she wants to wear a costume called, RUBY, THE PIRATE BEAUTY. she found it at party city. plz give ur opinion on wheter it is a good costume or not.

That is really cute, plus you could add your own extra's like big hoop earings, gauwdy rings, dark eye makeup and lots of bangles.

The one for kids is adorable but does it come in the size for a 12 year old? I have found that even though the size says 12/14, they are designed to fit someone younger. An average 12 year old almost needs a teen size costume or womans small.

As long as she wears leggings or another skirt under the costume, and makes sure her belly doesn't show, I think it will be a cute costume.
I saw parrots that strap on to the should with elastic for sale at Wal-Mart, and that would be a nice detail for the costume. Make sure you get her a sword and eye patch too!

for a 12 year old, that's a wee bit too much.i did see a very very funny idea tonight on yahoo answers, someone who wanted to dress up as a pregant nun....anyway.checked out the site.if i were your sister, i'd go for the teen witch, the gothic ballerina,or the pirate.all on teen girls.

which one? for a 12 year old i would say NOT the one that has the Off the shoulder shirt.. i have an 11 yr old daughter and i would NOT let her wear the one off the shoulder, but the other one isn't too bad.
