You need to go see the Dr. and get the eye drops specifically for eye scratches. It is an antibiotic and can't be bought over the counter.
They will also look in your eye to make sure everything else is ok.
I would cover the eye until you go.

See a doctor for one.. asap.. or go to the er if you're in pain.
Eyes are generally very good healers, and rather fast actually.. but I'd want to make certain you didn't somehow get some bacteria in there when you scratched it, or the possibility of dirt.

OMG did it bleed? If so go the ER. If not. you should probably put a patch over it or go to bed. Eyes are pretty fast healing but not if the injury is deep. If you wake up with a multitude of gunk in your eye inspect it and if you can't open it .. go to the doc.

Go to a good Opthamologist and have it looked at with the proper medical equipment. We only have one set of eyes and you need to be sure you did not damage the lense or the cornea. You could develop and infection and really do harm to your eye. There are meds they can treat this with. Please go.

a) go to a urgent care clinic so they can determine the extent of the damage and possibly find any remaining irritants lodge in...
b) cover your eye

There is only one thing you can do. Make an appointment with an ophthalmologist ASAP. Nothing to fool around with, believe me.

don't ask us, ask a doctor! Go right away tomorrow morning. You could get a bad infection (especially if you scratched it with your fingernail, they're so gross).
