DVD Region CSS Free Lite v5.9.6.5

All dvd players are region coded. You can change the region code in the device manager. But new dvd drives in computers will only allow you to change the region code 4 or 5 times then the player is permanently locked to that code. And since it is part of the hardware that controls this, even reinstalling Windows won't reset it.

Just another way the MPAA is limiting our rights, by forcing the DVD makers to do this.

sure, any DVD participant in a working laptop or laptop could be set to play any area, even yet it would be locked to a unmarried area - you could replace the area in the gadget supervisor properties, yet you could in trouble-free terms replace the area a small form of circumstances (e.g. 3-4) then it rather is going to likely be everlasting. you're no longer meant to be waiting to play distinctive areas using copywrite and the entire purpose for having seperate area formats, although there are hacks accessible for each usual DVDchronic to loose up it to play any area.

You need to find out the make/model of your drive then find a hacked firmware to make it region free. Try cdfreaks.com
