Where can I go to become an Insei?

Hi, I love the game called Go, and I wanna know if anyone knows anywhere in Delaware or PA where I can take an Insei exam, because I have a dream of becoming a pro go player.

You will need to go to Japan, Korea, China or Taiwan if you are serious. Even then it will not be easy. You should play and study a lot first to reach about amateur 5 dan. Try contacting the Nihon Ki-in (Japanese Go Association) through the second link below (cannot find an email, it has telephone and address).
