put a tape measure from the highest point of your protruded stomach and all around untl the two ends meet. This is called the abdominal girth. It's about the level of your navel in medical terms or the belly button in laymen's term. Good luck and congratulations on your pregnancy.

I don't really think you can do this yourself. You measure from the top of your pubic bone (around the top of your hairline) to the top of your uterus. Which is by now not far from under your breasts, or at least it feels that way!!. You have to push kind of hard to be able to feel this part.

there are websites that show you what your stomach look like evryday of the pregnancy. they are pretty cool!! check it out! im not sure the site but im sure you can find it on google or ask or the yahoo search engine.
