I have madden 06 but i want to download the rosters off of the 07 version. is there any way i can do it? if so, how?

Obviously Anne is a female...and she knows nothing of Madden. YOU CANNOT DOWNLOAD a new year roster because... it's like this...
NFL Drafts goes to 8 Round or 7 forgot - That means a team picks up 8 people... So theres about 30 times (I'm just estimating) in the NFL..
Now...lets multiplay..240 new players...
Okay...240 new players, thats 240 pictures, stats, and all the bunch of crap needed, name files and such.....that would be like 1 gigabyte worth of memory........and your memory card holds 8 megabyte. Oh yeah, NEW COACHES, offensive defense and head coaches......
Impossible...The reason you can download rosters in madden 2006 of the 2006 year is because everyone thats eligible for the 2006 season is there, either on free agent or other teams, so they just switch the team around which takes not a lot of space...but downloading a new year Roster..with all the off season stuff that happens is impossible...
Maybe for the Ps3, but then again, if that could be done? Why by a new Madden game and EA Sports loses money.. So it would never happen..

You probably can and the only way is to download it from xbox live or if you have a ps2 on PlayStation online.
