I presume these is nothing I can do that God cannot, so If God can do anything, God can declare him/herself wrong. If that were to happen, what does it mean?

It's a yes/no question.

We are to start with the premise that God knows all and is somehow perfect, including His way of thinking?
So He can't make mistakes. He knows the reasons for everything and decides (if He is not predestined Himself) things based on knowledge of everything..here, we call them "know-it-alls" if its a mere human.
By definition He can't be wrong, so if He did declare He made a mistake, He'd have to add the Pee Wee Herman remark....."I meant to do that"

If you believe that God can never be wrong then this is a paradox. However you can look at it in another way. God is a miraculous being, greater than our understanding can perceive. Thus our rules do not apply to God. God can move up at the same time, can be everywhere and nowhere at once; so why can't God be right and wrong at the same time?

If God created everything, then God knows everything about everything that exists therefore it isn't possible that God be wrong about something, only that God lie about something. And if God lied about something that doesn't make God wrong, just a lier.

First of all, God is omniscent, so he would never be wrong. Think about it. Would God actually declare that he/she was wrong?

From a purely philosophical point, I don't believe that this would be possible.
