I have about a 11% body fat count, which is pretty low for a guy. I started running again and somehow lost a belt size. Do a bit of running, its really not that bad.
Plus runner girls have really good butts.
PS, the guy below me is right, its REALLY easy to drink only water and lose the soft drinks and even gatorade.

Eat lots of food in the morning, almost force feed yourself even if you're not hungry. Eat a moderate or large sized lunch, and then just eat something small for dinner like a bowl of cereal or enough snacks to keep you from feeling starved. If you want the best chance of losing weight, you will need to avoid at least some but not all high-fat foods. Fat takes a long time to digest and can keep you from feeling hungry, so some is OK. It is also good to avoid cheese, because cheese is both addicting and fattening. Also, focus on getting the most nutritional value out of the foods you do eat. If a food has no nutritional value on the label, don't bother eating it. If you aren't getting the right nutrients, you will probably crave more food. And don't starve yourself (unless it's in the evening and you feel like making an extra effort that day). A small snack is always OK.
