I am also white brown hair with blonde highlights & 5'7.
Don't go for the mustard yellow but more of the soft, never bright orange more for the dark orange, hey black looks good on anybody.
What color r your eyes for whatever color they r should be your signature color?
And yes baby blue looks good with brown hair.
Also try a evergreen it really brings out your face when u have brown hair.

brown with blonde highlights. stay away from black. I'm thinking baby blue or a color in the red catagory. Being a brunette myself that's what would look best to me.

Navy blue should look nice, unless your pale. If your pale- it may wash your skintone out. I also think a nice shade of cream would look excellent on you, judging by your description you gave of yourself. Most of the colours you mentioned which you think looks good on you seems fine... though I would be careful about the black option as it may wash your skintone out. Light creamy yellows would look awesome and peachy orange shades would compliment your hair colour.

I think all of those wold look nice on you from your self description. Be careful of yellow, however. Some tones of it look wonderful, others can be nightmarish! I can wear a soft yellow, but not lemon. You just have to find the right one.

Dusky minks, browns, creams and silver provide you with a really smouldering look, very horny. Works for me each and every time. word the darkerst colour to the crease above your eyelid so it overlaps the lid and accurate only a touch, lighter hues above and a line of black/brown liguid pen accross the lid above the eyelashes. brilliant! Plus, you may placed a contact of maximum hues with it to examine your outfits.

its really going to depend on your skin tone.
Black looks good on a lot of people.
And Navy Blue looks good on most people too.
Yellow or Orange might look good too, its going to depend on your skin tone, and the shade of yellow or orange.
