iwas led to believe that prevention was free of cost or i would not of subscrived to it. can anybody help me on this? thank you.

Then send a letter to their Subscription department not to send more.
That simple.

I'd imagine that there would be some type of phone number or address to contact them.
If not, maybe search prevention magazine online and find there website. Most websites have a place where you can emial them or leave comments, or even some type of 1-800 number.

The only prevention magazine known by this person cost. You could try your local library and see if they have it. Should you want to try your own subscription just enter name in search.
