Most celebs today have an official website and you can post a message or question there or contact their agent.
Whatever your problem is though, I hope you resolve it with the help of someone of some people in physical proximity to you. Celebrities are people just like the average Jane Doe or Joe Block, who happen to make a lot of money and are notorized. I don't think there's anything that says they actually care about they're fans. Just so long as they get their money.

Write to their agent, manager, or fan club.
A google search should give you information about contacting the fan club. The fan club president will forward your letter to the celebrity.
Celebrities do NOT respond to questions from fans, even if you think the question is important.
Celebrities have millions of adoring fans, and, as you can imagine, they don't have time to respond to you personally. They have a life to live, just as you have a life to live.
They do not give advice, either personal or business. The most they can do is send you an autographed photograph. Anything else is out of the question. Basically, they work hard and want to be left alone. Pretend you are a celebrity with fans bothering you for an autograph, advice, etc. It would be very annoying.

Hang it up. Celebrities don't have any more insight on life than any of the rest of us do. Best thing if you need advice is to ask an old person. I mean a really old person, in their 80's or so. They been there and seen it all and done most of it as well.

It will be hard , but i think you check the said celebrity's website, get in touch with the Publicist/spokesperson and if you have a good reason , they will arrange for a meeting> good luck.

It's not easy. DON'T EVEN CONSIDER camping out outside their home or anything - that'll just label you a stalker.
Send them a letter care of their record label, managment company, or publicist. (Or TV or movie studio) enclose a SASE for better chance of reply.
