The fact that there are more internet cafes is a common knowledge, households in the UK have their own computer whereas in Ghana they are not so lucky to have computers so they have non profit organizations to build internet cafes in communities.

Agree with Zare K.. Why should I require an internet cafe when I've my own PC. This goes for millions in the UK.
