Cod liver oil. The best brand I've found is Nordic Naturals. The higher the levels of DHA and EPA the better. I have personally seen the results of this. It saved an 8 year old boy from being sent to a boys facility and many other positive results.

I know a person that put her child that has ADD on some Herbalife products called Herbalifeline and also on a product called NRG, it helped her child drastically. put them on omega 3 fatty acids. did it with my kid. takes a few weeks helps concentration.
