For me, they didn't, but that was in 2002. Everything was calculated as a class so my 4.05 turned exactly into a 3.80.

The university I attended didn't consider Honours, AP or IB classes as anything different than regular classes - FOR ADMISSIONS PURPOSES. When it came to class selection, I was given credit for the equivalent first-year university courses.
