I am looking for a DOS or older Windows program that will let me send and receive data using my IR port?

Any program that can send and receive data in DOS or Windows 3.1 through the IR port on my laptop.

give it up. IR ports were not available until windows 98 so no programs made for those OS'es will have that ability.
