Please go see your Dr.!
This could be hereditary and you don't know it. Some people have a weak lining around the heart or the sack around the heart is filled with fluid which keeps the heart from beating freely or there may be a tear and you could be bleeding. These may seem extreme but your symptoms could be early signs. Once it hits it progresses rather quickly. I've lost a friend and a family member for these reasons.
Doesn't matter how old you are. Heart problems can take a normally heathly person down!
I urge you to go get checked out.
Best wishes...

Its hard to diagnose the exact causes of chest pain over the internet, if its really bad you should go to ER immediately and get checked out, the most common chest pains in a 24 yr old could be gastric reflux causing esophagitis, muscular skeletal pain from the rib cage, pneumonia, and heart disease, see a doc and get a check up!!

A little something of the similar happened to me in October. Have you drank any energy drinks lately? I went to the doctor and they did a lot of tests on me before they realized it was the red bull I drank. But you should get it checked out. You don't play around with chest pain...

my dr. said any chest pain is serious enough to go to the hospital and let them check it out. we're not dr.'s. waiting on these answers may be fatal. or call 911 and let the paramedic check you out. get well soon.
