why?!?! i had it installed in the past, but i uninstalled it, and its not instslling anymore. what can i do to fix this problem?

Support at EA has a step by step series of files you can follow. If they still don't work, contact EA with the tab that says "Contact Us" and they can send you a new disk if nothing else is working.

can you be more specific? what's the error message and what exactly happens? it may be a bad disk.

maybe somethings wrong with the cd
