honestly i would say that your body size is just about perfect, with your height and weight your body mass index is around 22. if your bmi is less then 18 you're considered underweight and unhealthy, and if it is more then 28 you're considered overweight. you kinda fall right in the middle of those two numbers...actually kinda on the skinnier side...so don't think of yourself as fat. if you want to be more fit then eat three well balanced meals a day, drink at least 8 glasses of water a day, and exercise for 30 minutes 3-4 times a week....you'll feel great!

You are not overweight, but I think your goal of 115lb is very healthy and realistic for optimal health.
Here is my suggestion of losing those 11lb:
1) Change Your Diet
Don't drastically reduce your calorie intake. If you eat less than 1,200 calories a day, you will lose the weight too quickly, however you will probably lose mostly muscle and not fat. Aim to eat between 1,200 and 1,500 calories per day.
You should get plenty of good proteins such as lean meat, poultry, eggs and oily fish. Also lots of low GI carbs such as fresh fruits and vegetables, as well as wholemeal foods, such as brown bread and cereals. Try to keep junk food and processed food to a minimum. Give yourself a treat, but the less junk food, the better. Drink at least 4-8 glasses of water per day and also herbal teas such as green tea, can aid in speeding up the metabolism. Drinking hot water with lemon first thing in the morning, will kick start your metabolism and never skip breakfast!
2) Exercise Regularly
When exercising, it is important to include both cardio and weight training. So I would suggest doing 20-30 minutes of cardio and 20-30 minutes of weight training every other day.
For cardio, you can do all sorts, such as aerobics, cycling, jogging, swimming, all active sports, skipping and dancing.
For weight training, I would suggest getting some weights and a swiss exercise ball. You can work out all the muscles of your body using the ball and weights, just as well as in a gym! Remember to include plenty of squats, lunges, press ups, crunches and arm/chest exercises, etc. Remember to stretch afterwards to prevent straining and injury.
By doing both cardio and weights, you will not only lose fat, but gain muscle and muscle is what burns fat, so the more, the better!
Good luck and take care : )

Try the Special K diet. You eat Special K 2 times a day and one regular meal. The meal could be Broiled chicken breast, green beans, salad, things that are healthy. Also you're right to exercise, start out with about 15 min a day, and slowly graduate the time. Whatever you do, don't overdue yourself. Take a Multivitamin also. Wish you the best, you can do it!
