The OSI 7 Layer Model is a theoretical model.
All of the actual implementations are different from it.
For example, the TCP/IP model has of course really been implemented. It only has 4 layers.

There is another model, it is four layers and basically the same as the OSI model but the fourth layer contains the Application Presentation and Session layers in itself and just calls itself the Application layer and the network layer is called the Internet Layer:

Application layer, Internet layer, Data layer, Physical.

Can't remember the name but it was in my Cisco training.

Good luck!

Probably. Google is your friend. You might also try Wikipaedia as a good place to start YOUR research.
