One thing I do everyday that makes me happy is to hug each of our kids (there are 4 still at home) while saying "I love you" at least once a day. I think this is important in building their self esteem and it reminds them of how much I love them.

There are several, but the thing that most makes me happy is to wake my wife of 35 years with a cup of coffee and a kiss each day before I leave for work.

I look at the sky. It is especially beautiful when the day's about to surrender to the night. The sky is my solace, my ultimate one. It is a vast and endless plane that reveals God's perfection to me. Whether your're in the city or in a province, the sky is always beautiful.

I wake up each morning and instead of saying Good God ,it's morning , I say Good morning God. What do you have planned for me today.
I also play with my cat , do work I love , listen to good music, eat nourishing good, read , even visit yahoo answers.
That's what makes me happy.

Give hugs and kisses to my grandaughter every morning and ask her "How did you sleep'?, "Did you have good dreams"? and then I tell her "I,m so glad".
This is my happy potient every day.
