It would depend on the intensity of the fire, access to oxygen, and the material that is bieng burned.

Theoretically, in a clean fire with plenty of ventillation, a person could live untill the flame consumed a great deal of thier body tissue; perhaps several minutes. They would loose consciousness very quickly, though.

More likely, they will die within a minute as the flames consume all available oxygen and thier brain shuts down. Even more likely, the heat sears thier lungs and they are unable to absorb any oxygen; this could have them living the lesser half of a minute.

If the material being burned is toxic, they could die almost instantly, or certainly within several seconds of inhalation.
