very dependant on his age, health , steroid use, etc.
and some guys can go on and on, while others are good for a long time..(i know , what's a long time?)

About 2 days if young. But you do not need a full load to get pregnant. One drop of semen can do the job. That glear penile drop of precome can easily impregnate a lady if it gets near the opening of the vagina (vukva). In other words the man need not even ejaculate (come).
