the only time you can get a refund is if the venue offers prior to you entering the concert

in most cases if the act that didn't show was the main act they will offer a refund, an opening act you are out of luck , a double bill both headliners have to be a no show to be offered a refund

on most concert tickets it is stated acts are subjected to change and no refund

Yeah, go to the place you bought the ticket or tickmaster and their supposed to give you a FULL refund, unless the act has resechedualed.

if the act was cancelled go back to the place where you bought the tix... if a certain act just didnt show up, i doubt u can get a refund, but again try where u got the tix from...

Maybe their refund policy is stated on the back of the ticket, or mayber there is a phone # you can call there.

Talk to the people that you brought the tickets from ,The Ticketmaster or whomever is in charge.

i would call ticketmaster or go to the place where you purchased the ticket and see if they are holding another show at another time...
