Probably not (lots of prudes and religious types about). But why not use a corner stall and keep your back to everyone, and enjoy. Or do it in the privacy of a bathroom stall?

They're not 'allowed.'
If that is what you're asking... no p.e teacher is going to say, "MASTURBATION ALLOWED!" It probably happens.
Nothing wrong with it...
a lot of people on here are just being ridiculous.

yes girls are allowed to masturated anywhere it all depends on your body and when your period comes on dont be embrassed if it caught you in the p.e. locker mines caught me 1 time in school too

I don't think that's normal behavior. That's something to do in your home privately. NOT IN PUBLIC including PE
