I tried everything to get into games but yahoo ask for password & when I enter password, it just takes me back to homepage. Why is this occurring? I cleared caches, etc. etc. & still can not access game itself.

here is what to do,and its an easy short cut.
set pop up blocker to always allow games.yahoo.com The easiest way to do this when you try getting in lounge and it doesn't work.click on pop up blocker. always allow tab it will say recent pop ups blocked.high light yahoo.com then click allow.next go to http://www.shove-it.com. find game you want to play.click on file,send,desktop short cut.this gives you a straight link to shove it.now click on lounge,log in,it will probably take you to my yahoo.minimize it. now click lounge again and open window back up.. nice thing is you can get in any lounge or game that’s full or not. good luck with your games.
1st thing you do when you get in lounge is check small windows in options box.once
in room expand it to see chat area.you only see half of cards but you can still play.

have you tried completely signing out of yahoo and signing back in?
that happens sometimes to me.
that's the only thing i can think of. yahoo is really freakin up right now...perhaps it's time to look at other avenues for games...there's lots of places out there.
i personally like pogo.com
I have played on pogo.com for 3 years, and love it. I have learned all of my card games there, such as euchre, hearts, spades, even pinochle!
the graphics are fun & the sounds to some are great while others are just blah. but the instructions are fantastic i taught myself all of these games on my own taught both my children.
it does cost a little bit, either $6 a month or $30 a year, but i can get a week for free, and you can also get a month trial for free. email me if you'd like a pass to try it out.
not trying to sell the site to you, but i do see that this is your second question posted about yahoo games, and that there are a lot of flaws right now about yahoo games and more...and a lot of people are unhappy. i don't really play the yahoo games, i only did some research on how to try to fix some of the problems they were having because so many people seemed to be looking so helpless!

When i can't get into my Yahoo Instant Messenger, usually I have my cap lock button on...lol...If this doesn't work then you will have to go into Yahoo and change your profile and request a new password it can be a pain in the back side lol It should work. Good Luck bye my friend
