There are many, with a postcode for every dozen or so houses. The UK post office can say:
https://www.royalmail.com/portal/rm/postcodefinder?pageId=pol_login&catId=400145&_requestid=75978&cs=1
Just have to register for free.
UK Directory Enquiries (118 500 from the UK) can also tell you.

Our zips don't have codes, so we can open them without having to input a password. It's so much more convenient when we need a slash.
Oh sorry, you mean postcode. Well if it's central Luton, it will be LU1 - - -, but, as you've already been told, you have to get the full code by inputting the address at www.royalmail.com . You will have to register there, and then you are allowed up to 12 postcode searches during any 24 hour period - have fun.

It begins with LU followed by two numbers and then another two letters depending on where the house is located in Luton.

It's called a postal code in the UK. Isn't this a geography question?
