My friend now has a boyfriend. She only started going out with him since thursday. She says they are in love and everything. Anyhow she told me that she and the guy I like were talking about me, but she won't tell me what because she's on the phone with her boyfriend. Is that like putting her boyfriend before her own friend? Is that wrong? How can I change her additude without her getting mad at me?

It's not wrong of her to not tell you (at this point in time) what she and the other guy were talking about if she is already talking to her boyfriend. It might be questionable for her not to tell you at all, depending if she promised to not say anything or not, but that is a completely different issue that I wont go into any more. Just because she is talking to her BF now doesn't mean she is necessarily putting him over you; for all we know she might have fewer chances to speak to him due to conflicting schedules, etc. If you feel that she might be putting her bf over you, and you feel betrayed for some reason, you should talk to her about it. But don't start off assuming things or resenting the BF until you have at least discussed it with your friend.
I will say that it seems somewhat questionable that she had the time to mention that she was talking to the guy you like, but not the time to tell you more... but then, some people like to tease. You know her, we don't, so you'll have to be the judge of whether or not that is the case.

Yeah, she is putting him before you , but it's only because she JUST because she just started going out with him . It's wrong but not intentional I'm sure . Just say "[name] I've noticed that you haven't been that good of a friend lately , you've been doing [this]&[that] alot and i just want us to be close again" or something like that . She'll come around <3
