You can buy sports bras that will hold those breasts more firmly to your chest, so they aren't as prominent and bouncy. They're actually more comfortable for larger breast sizes, as they give more support.
You can wear larger sweat shirts, or even a jacket over your clothes. Just stay away from skin tight T-shirts.

Umm...I have to ask this question. Are you chubby?
It's true that if you are young and you weigh more than 120 lbs, your DEFINITALY big in bra size.
So if you're fat, thats why.
If you don't like them, why don't you wear bigger shirts, you can't notice boobs with bigger shirts.
Or do some exercising, if you exercise, your boob size can actually go down. xD
I'm only a 34 B, and I'm 16.
Since you said you're a 38, you're probably a tiny bit more overweight than some girls. (sorryyy.)

wow, that's a lot of baggage for a kid to be carrying around. Sorry the only way to reduce is through surgery, and although I'm no doctor I'm pretty sure they'll say you're to youang as your body is still developing

if you are 12 with 38C cup size. that normal now day but i think you are too young for boyfriend, i got 12 going on 13 at home i know what you are talking about.

I wouldn't worry about it. You have probably just started to develop earlier than the other girls. If they concern you, try wearing a minmiser bra to hold them in. But if I was you, I wouldn't worry, you'll apprecaite them in a few years! Take care : )

it's not normal. i have never seen an 18 yo with 38c before. don't feel bad about yourself. there's nothing wrong being different with others and obviously, you are getting all the wrong attention and i feel sorry for you. you should go and see a doctor to check whether you are growing normally.

I was that big at 13 and all my life the guys just looked at my boobs and not my face until I learned to snap my fingers in the area of my breasts and when they looked up I said, "My face is up here!!!" that usually embarrassed them.
