I am from Britain and have just finished reading the book "Redcoats & Rebels - The War for America" and was intrigued to know.

Sure, there are hundreds, if not thousands.

The old cities along the east coast of the USA have lots and lots of 18th C buildings, many of which were occupied by British troops at various times in the American Revolutionary war or the War of 1812-1815. Some that are particularly famous are the Colony houses in Boston, Massachusetts and Newport, Rhode ISland, University Hall at Brown University in Providence Rhode Island, and the Old State House in Rhode Island, etc. Providence RI has a whole street that is mostly houses built before 1800 (Benefit Street). As well as houses and buildings in Baltimore, Philadelphia, Charleston South Carolina, Williamsburg Virginia, etc etc

But one of the most important buildings still standing since the War of 1812, would have to be Fort McHenry, whose defense inspired the famous words from Frances Scott Key which became an Anthem for a Country and it's people.
