Why is Wisconsin in that mix?

Honestly, I think whoever wins the Big East Conference will win the National Championship. Yep, that means Louisville or West Virginia. Right now, I can't tell. Louisville lost their starting running back, and are still playing really well. The question is, can they stop Steve Slaton. If nobody can stop him (like Georgia couldn't in the Sugar Bowl), West Virginia could easily take away the National Championship. If Louisville manages to win against them, then they deserve the championship.

And in other news, Georgia is 3-0 and is probably going to be in the single-digit rankings next week. They lost their starting quarterback from last year and I thought that was it for them. Then the starter got injured this year and the true freshman took over. They haven't looked back. They've shut out two straight teams and are dominating teams with their trifecta of running backs. If they get a bit of luck and keep playing as they are, Georgia's got a shot.

i love the answer above me, yet for a playoff gadget you need to make positive that each and every convention, except the Indipendents receives an computerized bid so contained in the hollow round you would possibly want to get a matchup like LSU/KU or a sport pitting the ever hard ULM Warhawks hostile to a powerhouse like the Akron Zips. it really is the reason they don't swap to a playoff and by employing the way KU and Mizzou should play contained in the nationwide Championship this three hundred and sixty 5 days because they are the authentic DEAL!!!!

I think Michigan has a shot if there defense continues to play like they did today vs. Notre Dame. Michigan St and Ohio St will definitely be tough games for the maize and blue and if Michigan has a let down in either game they wont. They made a believer out of me today that they have what it takes to be a champion, now they got to make it happen
