Do any level 4 people know if Gametap is Free?

I need to know because I want to dowload it on the computer but I can't until I find out if it is free.

its free for the first 2 weeks but you have to imput credit card information in order to get that free 2 weeks. you can cancel it at any time but they will charge you as soon as that 2 week mark hits.
