Yes, but there are bugs in the current version of iTunes 7.0 so I'd wait a few weeks for Apple ot fix it.

Wait... I lost a lot of time trying to recover files and playlists. I think it's all back now to what I had originally. Some files I thought were missing were recategorized. Now my music videos are listed under movies. There is no category for music videos.

yup. u dnt lose ur song library. i tried it 5 days ago but it didnt do anythin but update itunes .
