Well,u talk 2 him.Sit down with him (do not touch his hand or anything!!!) and just explain how u felt 4 the past (week or whatever) and then blurt it out because if he is really ur friend,he will support u and be gentle.then work it wether he will become ur bf,or stay ur friend.good luck!

First: Be careful because, they might misunderstand you.
Second: Find out whatever he/she like and do that (also avoid whatever they don’t like)
Third: Be close to them. I mean just participate what ever they do. And be a well wisher to them
Fourth: By doing these activities let them know you are playing a role in their live.
Now you can say “I love you” They won’t reject that (Until they are in love with another person)

well al depends on how long u know him for and tell him how u feel but like invite him over or go out like a freinds night and tell him

you would tell them somewhere private that you kind of like them
look at them deep in their eyes and tell them that you liked that person and if they don't seem to like you try moving on.
