If medication like Adderall for ADHD needs to be increased due to the body mass of the person (also by observation of his behavior, such as effectiveness in concentration), then how high could it go to be consider dangerous (or is there such a thing as dangerous dosage).
Anybody taking more over 50mg XR Adderall?

This is definitely a question for your doctor. It does not need to be increased due to body mass. Let the doctor do the observation, and make sure that he consults teachers/co-workers (depending on age) before making a final decision.

Overdosing is dangerous, it contains equal amounts of:
Dextroamphetamine Saccharate
Amphetamine Aspartate Monohydrate
Dextroamphetamine Sulfate USP
Amphetamine Sulfate USP

If you are having issues, try a balanced diet before making an appointment. I have seen this make a world of difference. You can't overdose on water soluble vitamins. Talk to your doctor before supplementing herbs.

It is the doctor that makes a call like dosage increase and by how much. If that drug is working, that is good. I don't know anyone who uses Adderall. Other drugs are used and I am familiar with them.

You should not just increase your dosage. If you feel you are not taking enough then you should discuss it with your doctor. It could be dangerous to increase it on your own!!
