There are lots of different surgical interventions possible...all done by plastic surgeons. You'd really have to research it to decide on which method is best for you.

Yes there is. I expect it is expensive. Get it at plastic surgeons.

I REALLY don't recommend it. I know women who have been very keen for their partner to have this done, but have been appalled by the results. You will end up with a heavily scarred penis that looks like you were created by Dr Frankenstein. Some women have refused to have sex with their partners because it looks so scary.

The best thing is to love whatever you've got, and find someone else who loves it too.

google "phalloplasty", there are lots of plastic surgeons out there that do it. before you make that decision, however, please keep in mind that the average penis size in western males is six inches, and that size really, truly, honestly doesn't matter. most likely your little johnny is a perfectly fine length. ;-)
