I've just checked the following site, and it says that you need a 128MB video card. If you don't already have this, I'm afraid you're going to have to buy one, otherwise you're unlikely to get it to run.
If you do have a 128MB video card, and are still experiencing problems, you could try lowering the resolution or some of the detail settings.
There's also a European patch to download from the second site.

Your resolution may be too high to run the game., Try changing it to 640 x 480. If that doesn't work , you will need to get another video card.
