I dont believe you are 74, you have had your bday messd up somehow. I think you will die of heart disease in your own bed at home. Your alone but not scared or in pain, just pressure. Your body is found a couple of days later. Not much crying done by many but the ones close to you will think of you often. Leave a will and bring it to the court house in advance. Dont leave it to the charity you were think or a family member. Someone has served you for many years...thank her. She loves you even though she cannot show it. She will keep your photo up in your houses for years until you die. Put that you want to be cremated. She will ask for your ashes and want to be mixed with you when you die.

I understand your reasoning for asking the question, however, I will say this, that knowing the time and means of ones own death is a burdon that NONE should have to bear, take it from someone who has known for many years the means of his own death, it not something that anyone should have to carry with them. At to that the fact that if the means is somthing that you don't like (say being killed by someone that was once a friend) your efforts to avoid it might just bring it about. It is best that we do not know when, how or where or when we are to die, we have enough to contend with that the last thing we need is something else.
