Hi,
Not as a deafult option.

1) You could download a browser based on IE called Maxthon which has this option builtin

2) You could download Firefox which with an available autorefresh extension will also auto-refresh a tab.

3) you could you macro software which could refresh that window for you - The abve two options are the mostconvenient.

not that i know of but if you wanna refresh the page you can either click on the refresh button or you can press F5 it does the same thing.

No it can't

but if you pres ctrl + R you can do it from your keyboard, Not the best soloution but does work!

no, but if you use firefox with the "reloadevery" extension you can have that functionality. Firefox is better anyway :)
