Hi can anyone suggest some good tunes to put on my new ipod nano! Had a crap mp3 player which ran out of batteries every 45 mins so invested in a new one- mainly use it for the gym, I have lots of cheesy 80's music on it at the moment- mainly stuff from the soundtrack to GTA Vice City. Also as a subnote dose anyone know if sweat will seriously corrode an mp3 player?

i think of you relatively responded your very own question. Going to the well-being club for you turns right into a motivation difficulty. in spite of conventional theory the well-being club doens't would desire to be uninteresting. in reality, i detect it exciting. i will run a pair miles observing television then hit the weights and do capability development for various muscle communities. now and back i will pass artwork on my karate varieties contained in the yoga room or hit the punching bags somewhat. the main to going to the well-being club (or any exercising for that count number) is finding what's exciting for you. i'd accept as true with the countless above human beings and advise you are trying going to the countless classes which would be provided via your well-being club (spinning, boot camp, kickboxing, notwithstanding). Being around human beings doing the comparable ingredient may be a motivating element and you will make some acquaintances to pass to the well-being club with.

Any music you feel like dancing will do. Taste differ our gym plays melodic rap sometimes believe it or not. Doesn't work for me anyway.
My iPod Shuffle is almost dead after a year of gym going but if you keep yours in a case somewhere on your arm it will do it good. I kept mine hanging on my neck and USB connection is all rusty now.
