I'm very sorry. I know these things happen, and it is always painful, and especially when other people do not take your feeling seriously.
The only way to solve this that I know of is to take serious action. You must cold-bloodedly look at yourself as if you were a stranger from outside, with no regard for how you feel right now. You must decide what real girl you or your friends know that would or could make you forget about the fictional one, and go out with her. Be serious about it.
Get a friend so fix you up if possible, or just go up to her yourself if she is just someone you have noticed and have nobody that you know in common who could introduce you to her. Be brutally honest with her and yourself.
Tell her, "I've had this ridiculous romantic fantasy about a fictional character and I want to get away from it. I want to have someone real that I can spend my time with, and tell her how nice she is, and enjoy her company, and make her happy. You seem awfully nice. I'd like to hang out with you until we can decide whether we like each other."
If you can do this, there is a good chance that you may recover fully from your infatuation. Like the old song says, "Only love can break your heart; only love can mend it again."

Dude. It's anime! Cartoons! I fell in love with a cartoon charater b4 but dude, so what? I liked him, I'm not ashamed of that, it's not that serious as long as you're not like, buying everythin' that has her pic on it. Get a life.

An animated girl? Like, a girl who is really lively and bubbly?
Or... a cartoon girl... that's a problem I have never heard of. Like anything though, it is only a problem if you think it is a problem, or if it is interfering with other, usually functional, parts of your life. Doesn't sound too alarming to me.

Hmmm... i've never had this happen to me b4, but I can't say anything. I've done much weirder stuff.
But here try this:
learn how to draw her, and then yourself in the same style. Draw you and her on animated dates and having a good time. Awww... it'll be so cute. Have a good time, and good luck!!!
