I was in a relationship when I was 10-12th grade. I really thought I was going to marry him, then I grew up. You will grow up too.
A 7th grade boy really can't be serious about wanting to marry you. Most men don't really want/aren't ready for marriage until they are over the age of 26 (Coming from my male friend who has been there).
Don't take him seriously. He is just a silly boy!

Was he HIGH when he asked you, or were YOU high when you wrote this question?!! Are you SERIOUSLY considering doing this? Do either of you know what Marriage means? Trust me, he doesn't know what hes talking about. Ask him how hes gonna pay for your apartment and food expenses.....you know what...forget that...who's mommy is gonna drive the two of you to school?!! The whole thing is more than ridiculous. Is he gonna want a divorce when he starts liking another girl next week!

True Love is patient, wait until you have finished your schooling and maybe college. Be on your own for a while. There is nothing like being independent for a time. There is no need to rush into marriage. Time is a great way to test weather or not someone has a heart for you.

You should tell him that you'd rather wait longer until you're married because you don't feel like being married so young. Then you should kiss him and tell him that your response doesn't mean you don't want to spend the rest of your life with him. He'll be happy with that reply.
Good luck. I hope he really is the one for you.

Take it one day at a time - many marriages start with that kind of comment in the 7th grade.
See what kind of person he turns out to be. Avoid pre-marital sex and above all, have fun.

Don't worry sweetie....he is a boy, and as such, he is only playing. Everyone knows that boys/men have a deeply seated fear of commitment. He'll be over this in no time flat.
