Use a pastel blue for your eyeliner, and make wispy lines that extend past your eyes and eyebrows (like painted masks). Use white to highlight the lines and add a bunch of glitter around your eyes too. (What I have in mind is face painting you can get done at Renaissance Festivals.)
Use a healthy color for you lips, or just a sparkly gloss.

Glitter and a little pink on the cheaks. Put your hair up in a bun with a few curls down. Put some pink lipstick on with a glitter over coat to it. Put some eye liner on and make it go out a little to the sides.

Just think in your head what an angel would look like to you and then create it. Or find an old piece of art and use that for inspiration.
