I make a deal with myself that tomorrow will be completely different than today starting when I wake up. I change the entire routine of the day even if I have to miss work or school. Pick 3 things to do and get them done by noon, then have a good lunch. Make yourself say Hi to three strangers. Go to a gallery, museum or a music store and try to learn something new about an artist. Have a coffee break and on a napkin write down 3 things that would be dreams come true for you. Pick 1, and that afternoon, do 1 task that will put you closer to that dream/goal. Let your mind and body tell you what it is you need.

Not so much tired of life, as of people. In my community of work, especially, many people have truly negative qualities -- they're deceitful, vengeful, self-centered, opportunistic.......sometimes I walk in the door perfectly happy, and after a few minutes of hearing/seeing backstabbing gossip and gross incompetence, I get deflated. It's like someone let all the air out of my happiness balloon. Physically and mentally, it's fatiguing.

The only way I can reinvigorate myself is with alone time. A weekend spent doing all my favorite things, or nothing at all, seems to put me in a better frame of mind and helps me brace for the next workday.

Yeah, sometimes life bores the sheeiiittttttttttttttt out of me, and as I look ahead, I can't see any change in the "crystal ball". Since I'm naturally introspective, I look back at myself, my life, and then, with all it's "up's and down's", I can return to the present, and be okay, realizing that life is more than the present, and I can't have full control or understanding of it, and what I think will or won't happen, won't necessarily happen, or not happen. Life has it's surprises. So, hang in there. You ain't seen nothin' yet!! You'll get reinvigorated, in suprising ways, at times you least suspect it. And with that experience, I bet I've lived a lot longer and done a lot more than you, and I'm just your "average Joe". Hang in there. You ain't seen nothin' yet!! God Bless you.

Yes, the pressures and responsibilities of family, work, etc. can be overwhelming since I am divorced with children and an elderly parent. But to reinvigorate myself, me and my daughters sometimes have mother/daughter weekends - turn off our cell phones, check into a hotel, enjoy the pool, whirlpool, go shopping, watch cable and chill out for a day or too!

I think about how grateful I am for family and friends and good health. I think about how wonderful it is to be able to walk, talk, love, smell flowers and do simple things that a lot of people can't do because of some disability. I think of how wonderful it is that I have a roof over my head, never have to worry about food because I can walk right over to the refrigerator and get something. I think of lucky I am that I have the "luxury" of being bored.

I have traveled the world and seen incredible and tragic poverty. When you see that you understand just how lucky you are and just how much you should be thankful for your life. It helps during those times when you think you have such insurmountable problems - like bills, failed relationships, and/or other problems that life throws your way. When you've seen someone living in a make do shack of sticks and a tarp you realize that you have a LOT to be thankful for. Problems are relative my friend. Life may be hard but I bet if you thought about it life wouldn't be as bad or tiring as it seems.

Strap yourself in because its going to be a long ride till the end so take care of your body and mind! Excesses of anything here in this world are not good for you like smoking and drinking and eating fatty foods. I'm not saying that you should be a Puritan but if you want to live a happy life in the long run later in your years I would suggest taking care of yourself. Invigorating my life is my daily exercise which runs anywhere from one to two hours per day! It makes feel so ALIVE! It also sustains the well being like the chemistry in the body and it does more for your body then one can ever imagine. Its only advice from a forty three year old, I'm just telling you because I never thought I would ever be this old either but I am and have ZERO major heath problems due to good maintenance and ZERO depression from years ago that I suffered. How you take care of your body has alot to do with what your well being in life is going to be like later on.

I often tire of this life of living here in the world of the knowledge of Good and Evil. I tire of the judging, the evil - lying, deceiving, hating, killing, poverty, etc... I tire of the separation between God, my loved ones, and the nice people that I meet...
I reinvigorate myself through prayer and hanging with friends and family...

I never get tired of life because I always find interesting things to do with my time. There is a plethora of options: Outdoor activities, sports, music, movies, literature, the Internet, video games, hobbies, etc.

I do, however, get tired of other people, specifically those who have proven time and again to be liabilities in my life... and not assets.
