If by bound you mean confined or restrained, well, yes. But bound also means jumping all over the place which is exactly what I am determined to do in Yahoo Answers.

I guess this question directly relates to college admissions and the personal statement. In order to be bound and determined to attend your top choice university, you must first free your mind and come up with a creative topic for the essay.
