I just bought my computer today. It won't let me load my Yahoo email into Incredimail (and I did add my account to Incredimail). I do have Yahoo Mail Plus, but it will not work.

if it says you need to disable your antivirus, then you have to..
well try to disable your antivirus for the mean time and try configuring your incredimail. if it works, your antivirus is set too high that blocks you if getting that software. call norton tech so you can set your security settings lower.

control [anel, windows firewall, click on disable. If you have any other firewall installed, you will have to follow the instructions for that partticular one

if you disabel your firewall then be carefull as you will be unprotected from all those viruses and trojans out there. be very carefull.

Stay away from Incredimail...It crashes your computer.
