its due monday and i need to know if theres a website that gives an outline. i really have no idea what i am doing.

nobody can "reflect" on something but you, the way you would do it. so whatever topic is given, just relfect on it. write down how the words think out in your head. that's really all. use spell-check or if it's handwritten, have a dictionary nearby because teachers like that stuff....but there are no rights or wrongs in reflections, only well-explained and clear or poorly-explained and vague. i'm a teacher so i can say that with reasonable certainty that my answer is what your teacher is looking for, but who knows, maybe you can't trust me because i don't use capital letters....i have been berated more than once on this site for this choice.....as if i don't have the ability to use capital letters in the classroom..... (sorry, that was apparently MY reflection, not yours!) :)

Basically, a reflection journal is a tabulation of your impressions, thoughts and feelings about events in your life. A reflection journal could be specific to one part of your life, like school, or even one particular class, like math, or English.
Normally you would make an entry in the journal as soonafter the event occured so that it is fresh. Since it is due on Monday, you will have to work from memory.

HAHAHA. I have no idea why I would respond.
Did ya ever think you might do your homework RIGHT after school on Friday, so you could 'play' all weekend?
Did your teacher give you a project with absolutely no explanation of what a reflection journal is? or were you sleeping? No wonder teachers don't make good money. They are not teaching!

Reflection journal is just that, what is your perception of anything, usually a journal never finishes as it is somewhat of a diary.
So start with today, what did you think of today and how you felt and so on. Usually these are personal, so just write how you feel. LOL
